SPACE ALLOCATION
The allocation of space will be on a first come first serve basis according to the receipt of signed application forms accompanied by payment. Any space reservation made verbally, in writing or by application form without payment will not consider binding by the organizers.

MINIMUM STAND SIZE
The minimum stand size 9m².

“STANDARD” STAND CONSTRUCTION

The “Standard “Stand construction package includes:
• White walls, fitted in aluminum frame, 250cm high
• Fascia board with company name and stand number (in standard lettering)
• 2 plastic chairs, 1 desk
• One spotlight per 3m², excluding electricity and main connection (the SYMA system)
• One 2-kilowatt electrical socket for 9m²,1-kilowatt for any additional 10m².
• Exhibitor Badges
• Pavilion security (from 6 p.m. till 9 a.m.)
• Up to 100 Word Company/product profile in the Official Exhibition Catalogue

“RAW SPACE” OPTION
The "Raw Space"/Island display includes:
• Area reserved by the exhibitor.
• One 2-kilowatt electrical socket for the first 15m².1-kilowatt for any additional 10m².
• Exhibitors who do not have a standard building system must present their building plans to the exhibition security engineer in advance.
• Exhibitor Badges
• Pavilion security (from 6 p.m. till 9 a.m.)
• Up to 100 Word Company/product profile in the Official Exhibition Catalogue

Exhibitors designing their own stands are requested to observe the following basic regulations: Each stand needs to be bordered with walls measuring the precise size of the stand (width x depth x height). The general building height of the exhibition is as follows:
• Booths next to the Registration desk- Height limit is 2.5 meters
All the rest of the booths- height limit is 4 meters
• A copy of stands and displays design, showing exact measurements and heights, must be presented to the exhibition security engineer for approval.
